This new class is for beginners only, new to fitness or maybe you haven’t done anything in awhile. 
We are not bouncing on trampolines. 
Extremely low impact walking all steps!
Easy on knees, and help strengthen pelvic floor, balance and coordination. We add body weight movements, bands and bender balls to allstrength exercises.
